DOGGONE NATURAL ANNIVERSARY WEEKEND Festivities begin on Saturday at 11am. Attending the event will be local rescue groups with several dogs & puppies for adoption, local vets, pet trainers, pet sitters, pet nutritionists and representatives of the various products offered at DogGone Natural. There will be over $1000 worth of prizes, raffles and giveaways! Good Eats provided for everyone (compliments of The Mediterranean Breeze). The festivities will continue on Sunday at 11am with the 1st annual Pooch Parade right across the street at the Ashburn Volunteer Fire Department. This event will feature various "Best Of" competitions for dogs, door prizes, more vendors, tours and demonstrations by Loudoun County working dogs. DOG DAYS PEACH AND SUNFLOWER FEST (BLUEMONT, VA) It may be the hottest part of the summer, but the Dog Days at Great Country are all about fun with your family and canine companions! Bring the whole family for a romp in the sunflower field and to u-pick peaches at the peak of perfection. We will have Rally and Agility courses with Fun Dogs, a Leesburg Company that focuses on fun for your dog after obedience training. Live Music will keep your toes tapping. Our Roosteranté will be open and feature peach slushies and peach pies. Bring your retriever's favorite item to enjoy a dip in the pond. All canine companions are asked to bring their owners on a leash and sport their finest rabies certification tag. Canine drinking water and scooping bags provided. |
